FULL | 30 Year
Title Search
A full title search consists of all instruments affecting title filed within thirty years (or longer if required to reach an arms-length sales between unrelated parties). This search complies with the requirements of La.R.S. 22:512(22)
(may be used as the basis of attorney title opinion for sales).
2 Link | 10 YEAR
​Title Search
A 2 Link / 10 Year title search consists of all instruments affecting title filed within 10 years (or longer if required to reach a second arms-length sale between two unrelated parties. This search complies with the requirements of La.R.S. 22:512(22) (may be used as the basis of attorney title opinion for refinances).
CURRENT OWNER​
Title Search
A current owner title search contains the acquisition instrument where the current owner acquired title and any instruments affecting title subsequently filed in the mortgage and conveyance records of the parish where the property is located as well as current property tax status.
Additional Services
A search for instruments affecting title filed within six months of a previous full title search,10 year / 2 link search, or current owner search completed by Accurate.
A report showing parish (and municipal if applicable) property taxes for the latest 3 years available with verified payment information indicated if available.

A written opinion provided by a licensed Louisiana attorney that meets the specific statutory requirements of La.R.S. 22:512(22).

Document Retrieval
Retrieval of a copy of a specific instrument filed in the land records by recording information. Instrument Number must be provided.
Conveyance Search
A search for a specific instrument in the conveyance records when recording information isn't known.

Mortgage Search
A search for open mortgages and related assignments in the name of a specific person or entity.

Vesting Deed & Legal Description
Retrieval of the current owner's acquisition instrument with the current legal description.

Civil Records Search
A search of the civil records of the district court for a specific parish.
